Psychic work without the fear trap: what empowerment really looks like..
When people talk about the akashic records, it often gets turned into a list of interesting facts about past lives.. 'You were in Lemuria. You were in Atlantis. You were a warrior, a healer, a high priestess, a mystic..'
And then the reading ends. That's it. Thanks for coming.
But what are you supposed to do with all of that?
I’ve watched this play out over and over again. A client goes to a reader, they get flooded with information, and they walk away more confused than when they arrived. There’s no direction. No next steps. No integration. It’s a bit like going to a doctor who runs a bunch of tests, tells you what’s wrong, and then just walks out of the room.
If someone were told, for example, “You have a heart condition,” they’d probably expect more than just the diagnosis. They’d want to know: How do I live with this? How do I support my body? What changes can I make starting today? The same goes for soul-level work. What’s the point of knowing you were a Lemurian temple priestess if it doesn’t help you understand why you feel drawn to certain things today, or how you can live a more aligned life now?
Every time I work with someone's akashic records I’m asking: 'Why is this being shown? What does this mean for this person’s life today? What can they do with this information?'
This also ties into a bigger issue I see in the spiritual space: fear-mongering.
There are psychics and energy workers out there who lead with fear. It might not be obvious at first. But if you’ve ever received an email or DM that says, ‘Dark energies are around you, you need my help,’ or ‘Your life won’t get better unless you work with me,’ then you’ve seen it. That’s not intuitive guidance. That’s manipulation and spiritual narcissism.
I send out newsletters too, like the one that you're reading right now. Sometimes I talk about pretty intense topics that is true..cloning, hijacking of consciousness, timelines that have been tampered with. But I always make it clear:
I’m not here to scare you. I’m here to remind you that no matter what’s going on, you are still connected to Mother/Father God.
You still have access to your own inner compass. You are never powerless.
If someone’s using their abilities to make you feel like you need them in order to be okay, that’s a red flag. You should never feel more anxious after a reading than you did before. You shouldn’t feel hooked, addicted, or like you’ve just handed your power over to someone else. You should walk away feeling clearer, lighter, and more equipped to move forward.
With psychic gifts also comes responsibility: I choose to use these gifts to empower people. Someone else may choose to use them to make people feel dependent on them.
The first one builds you up and shows you what’s possible. The second one keeps you small and in fear.
Another big one is readers being unable to tune into the bigger picture of the oversoul. And only giving people half-truths.. Instilling fear instead of empowering people. It's been a process of decades for me now, doing psychic readings. I started when I was a teenager and have been doing readings off and on, with a few hiatus moments in between, to go full steam ahead with it in 2018. It's been a process of constant refining and tuning into more nuanced layers of the God-frequency and discerning between the true God-records and false screen records (yes that is a thing btw).

That’s why I always try to make sure that when someone receives any energetic information or healing from me, they walk away with tools. Not just insight, but ways to apply that insight. Ways to shift their energy.
