When people newly awaken to all of the "galactic history" they need a framework to compartmentalize all of this information in I have noticed.. And they will cling onto any starseed information they can get their hands on, on the internet. Many of those resources can be very valuable.. However, it's important to beware of "the starseed trap" too.
And for some people their Arcturian aspect for instance may help them in business, their Pleiadian aspect for instance may help them in their interpersonal relationships and matters of the heart.. Why label yourself, why not embrace that you can transcend labels view yourself as "You" the person that came here to share an entire spectrum of cosmic light?
When in reality none of this is ever or has ever been black & white.
I however do see how identifying with the notion of starseeds or deriving solace and meaning from it can be beneficial on your spiritual journey. It's important to not let it take over your entire spiritual experience. Because then you are missing the point of it entirely. Something that I also emphasize when I do readings for people. It's not about floating away and becoming these other star-beings star you are in another incarnation in far away places. It's about bringing these frequencies in, merging with them, using them as your medicine as You: earth human in the 21st century.
And unfortunately this isn't limited to anonymous people taking in all of this "starseed" content online from in front of their screens. I have seen "big names" with a lot of followers online making a clear distinction between "starseeds" and "non-starseeds" on planet earth. Which to me seems like a dangerous narrative to support and perpetuate, which leads me back to something I talk about regularly as well, as a psychic we also have a responsibility of offering balanced and nuanced information.
We also mostly find starseed information through a "white lens"... The Pleiadians. How many of you know about the indigenous societies of Africa and South America? These cultures have a longstanding tradition of recounting encounters with their star ancestors.
For instance, the African Dogon tribe possesses detailed knowledge of the Sirius star system, passing down stories of their encounters with the Nommos, a race from Sirius. The Xhosa in South Africa have interesting mythological tales that personify stars within the Pleiades and Orion.
To come back to what I said in the beginning, the starseed theory in and of itself can be valuable, it all depends on how you take this information and use it in this life.
I see people associating with specific star races such as the Pleiadians or Lyrans, often through interpretations influenced by Western perspectives. Consequently, this trend has resulted in a misinterpretation of fundamental concepts like 'light' and 'dark'.
Or even worse, there are entire websites and quizzes dedicated to "finding out your starseed heritage" based on your eye color or physical features. Which just makes me cringe... As if a black person could not be a pleiadian, as if a blonde haired blue eyed earthling could not be a reptilian..
If you are interested in finding out more about the galactic spectrum of frequency-medicine that you decided to carry into this earth version of you, I am available for akashic records readings that go in depth and where I assist you in integrating these frequencies and being the best You in this here and now lifetime..
